Set to hit our cinema screens in the first part of 2013 is the zombie comedy WARM BODIES. The film, which stars Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer, Rob Corddry, John Malkovich, Analeigh Tipton, Dave Franco and Cory Hardrict, is based on the book of the same name by author Isaac Marion, and revolves around zombie “R, who encounters Julie (a human survivor), and rescues her from a zombie attack. Julie sees that R is different from the other zombies, and as the two form a special relationship in their struggle for survival, R becomes increasingly more human setting off an exciting, romantic, and often comical chain of events that begins to transform the other zombies and maybe even the whole lifeless world.”
That’s the official spin, and we’re hearing great things about the film, which incidentally is directed by Jonathan Levine, who also wrote the screenplay.
The movie hits US cinema screens on February 1st 2013, and the UK a week later on the 8th. You can check out the first four minutes of the film below.
