Coming in early January, Leatherface will once again prove ‘The Saw Is Family’ as he unleashes the metallic teeth of the TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D. TAKERS helmer John Luessenhop directs this follow-up to Tobe Hooper’s iconic, grim 1974 masterpiece that will follow Heather Miller (Alexandra Daddario), who finds she’s the sole heir to a Texan property that still houses the aforementioned human butcher and a number of his surviving cannibalistic clan.
Here we have the latest poster, TV spot, along with the first image of former slasher icon Gunner Hansen, who returns to the franchise after portraying the chainsaw-wielding simpleton in the original classic. Hansen will be joined by series regulars John Dugan, Marilyn Burns and Bill Moseley together with a cameo from former director Hooper.
TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D will tear up cinemas from the 4th January and co-stars Dan Yeager, Tania Raymonde, Trey Songz, Scott Eastwood, Shaun Sipos and Richard Riehle.
