Following todays news regarding the forthcoming Warner Bros. superhero match-up, JUSTICE LEAGUE and just who those DC characters will be up against come 2015, we’ve the new teaser poster for Zack Snyder’s MAN OF STEEL, with our hero being led in cuffs (possibly a plot detail forced by the villain Zod).
The reboot will see the Son Of Krypton given an intense real-world make over as producer Christopher Nolan and director Snyder aim to get the comic-book legend ‘so serious’. Henry Cavill takes the title role, last seen in the likes of IMMORTALS and in THE COLD LIGHT OF DAY, and whose alter-ego will attempt to save the planet from Michael Shannon’s ruthless bad-guy in the blockbuster set to hit cinemas next summer.
Thoughts?
MAN OF STEEL will co-star Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe, Diane Lane, Christopher Meloni and Laurence Fishburne.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
