Rise Of The Guardians Takes Over Leicester Square

This is the time of year when we all get to be a little festive and there are tons of things scattered around London to catch our attention. I was wandering through Leicester Square just the other day and happened to come across a fantastic little film themed attraction, which ties in with the film RISE OF THE GUARDIANS, which is now playing in theatres across the country.

To celebrate the release of DreamWorks Animations newest film, ‘Rise of the Guardians’, a Magical Funland has been built in Leicester Square for families to enjoy in the run up to the festive season, in association with Paramount Pictures UK and Westminster Council.

The initiative, which is a first for the Square, was officially opened by the film’s stars, Chris Pine (who voices Jack Frost) and Isla Fisher (who voices Tooth), at the UK premiere all of the way back on the 15th November.

The magical fun land has literally taken over the entire square, and is open daily until the end of Sunday this week, from 12.00 to 6.00pm and people from all over London are encouraged to go down and get involved in all the fun activities, especially if you have some little people accompanying you.

Magical Funland activities will include the Bunnymund Maze, the Jack Frost Ice Slide, the Tooth Fairy Bungee, the Sand Sculpture and Santa Letter activities.

RISE OF THE GUARDIANS is playing in UK and US cinemas now.
