Jon Hamm has transformed himself into one of America’s biggest TV stars, with the lead role in MAD MEN and a guest role on 30 ROCK. On top of that he has also started to carve out a decent film career with roles in THE TOWN, BRIDESMAIDS and FRIENDS WITH KIDS. Now it looks like he might circle another comedy role in EPIC FAIL, a film about ‘a down-on-his-luck high school teacher who recruits two students to stage his wife’s kidnapping, so he can play the hero and rekindle their marriage’.
It sounds like a fun premise and he has proven that he can be a really funny guy. Obviously it’s difficult to gauge how good it will be based on such little information, but it’s a solid start and we’ll be keeping an eye on the project right here on THN.
