Ridley Scott’s latest project – an adaptation of Hugh Howley’s self published science-fiction hit WOOL – has its sight on director J. Blakeson to direct. While Scott is on as producer, rumours have hit the Internet that Fox is after THE DISAPPEARANCE OF ALICE CREED director. If the rumours are true, WOOL will be Blakeson’s second feature film.
WOOL is a series of five novellas tied together to create one story, set in subterranean silos that house the remnants of humanity on post-apocalyptic earth. With Scott producing the project, and Steven Zaillian (SCHINDLER’S LIST, THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO) set to write the script, it is set to be a blinder of a film!
