We all know how awesome Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy was and this summers concluding part THE DARK KNIGHT RISES was a perfect end to possibly the greatest superhero franchise of them all. Where the Caped Crusader goes from here, only time will tell (possibly a JUSTICE LEAGUE appearance?) but topping Nolan’s all-star masterpieces is going to be nye-on impossible for Warner Bros.
The film will arrive on DVD and Blu-ray just in time to fill Santa’s sacks and amongst the collection of special features and promotional material will be these few unused poster designs that show the multitude of artwork the epic finale had to choose from – which look just as simple-yet-stunning as those that were a ultimately used. THE DARK KNIGHT RISES will be released on DVD and Blu-ray from 3rd December. Make sure it’s on your list!
