GANGSTER SQUAD was unfortunately delayed this summer, due to the similarities between a scene in the film and the tragic incident involving a shooting at a cinema. It’s back on track now and we have 8 new character banners to show off the cool looking cast. GANGSTER SQUAD is the story of an elite 1940s police division, put together to take down Sean Penn’s Mickey Cohen. With a tagline such as “No Names. No Badges, No Mercy” and directed by ZOMBIELAND’s Ruben Fleischer, we should be expecting some entertaining violence, action, and hopefully some sizzling dialogue.
GANGSTER SQUAD is coming to the USA and UK on 11th January 2013. It stars Ryan Gosling, Sean Penn, Nick Nolte, Josh Brolin, Emma Stone, Giovanni Ribisi, Anthony Mackie, Michael Pena, Robert Patrick, and Frank Grillo.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
