Joe Carnahan has directed some fun action films in the past – SMOKIN’ ACES and THE A-TEAM especially come to mind – as well as more serious and low-key fare such as NARC and THE GREY. It looks as though he might continue with the later, with small budget action film STRETCH. Little is known about the film other than it looks like Patrick Wilson (INSIDIOUS, WATCHMEN, HARD CANDY) will star. With no real information about the project it is hard to gauge how good this will be, although I generally like Joe Carnahan’s films and I think Patrick Wilson is a hugely underrated actor, so that bodes well. We’ll bring you any more news as they come.

Esben Evans is the Danish contingent on this site. He enjoys films, swearing a lot, and a nice pair of slacks.
