Walter Salles big screen version of Jack Kerouac’s seminal ON THE ROAD has already been released over here in the UK and received a rather mixed response to the ‘unfilmable’ film that’s come to be, read our review for the view from a lover of the book.
Over in the the US, they’ve also had a scattering of screenings across some film festivals but it’s due to have a release in late December, yet on a limited scale. The beat generation film stars Viggo Mortensen, Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Kristen Stewart, and Kirsten Dunst, check out this impressive vintage-style poster designed by Percival & Associates, the souls behind an absolute mass of stylistic film posters.
