Julianne Moore and Jeremy Renner are set to join Al Pacino in the upcoming drama, IMAGINE.
When an aging 1970s rocker (Pacino) learns about an undelivered letter written to him by John Lennon, he’s inspired to set out and rebuild his crumbling relationship with his family – specifically his estranged son (Renner). Word has it that Moore will play a supporting role as the owner of the New Jersey hotel where Pacino’s character resides.
Seasoned screenwriter Dan Fogelman (CRAZY STUPID LOVE) will step behind the camera for his directorial debut. Although it’s unknown as to whether IMAGINE will be a full-out drama or lighter cinematic fare, with a cast like this it’s sure to be a hit with audiences.
IMAGINE is scheduled for a spring 2013 production start date.
