The mystery of PROMETHEUS still has its hold on audiences well after dividing opinion in the summer. The DVD and Blu-ray release and news that sequel PARADISE is to go ahead for a 2014 shoot has reignited the suggestion that Ridley Scott’s ALIEN prequel was a whole lot of gorgeously-realised hocus pocus. I loved PROMETHEUS but can see why it has taken so much stick for a number of gaping plot holes and some characters just being damn stupid. Some of those problems (and questions) I’m hoping are fixed (and answered) in PARADISE.
