Recently seen in the Marvel One-Shot ITEM 47 that accompanied the DVD and Blu-ray release of THE AVENGERS, the lovely Lizzy Caplan headlines forthcoming romantic comedy SAVE THE DATE. Coming from writer/director Michael Mohan, the film debuted to much acclaim at this years Sundance Film Festival.
SAVE THE DATE sees a pair of two very different sisters’ (played by Caplan and COMMUNITY and MAD MEN’s Alison Brie) complicated love lives collide at the most awkward time possible. The film features Caplan’s hilariously deadpan PARTY DOWN co-star Martin Starr alongside Geoffrey Arend, Mark Webber and Timothy Busfield. Here we have the first trailer and poster from the comedy still awaiting a UK release date.
