LIFE OF PI is going to be amazing. Which is quite a surprise when you think of all the times it was called unfilmable. We’ve seen plenty of trailers that show us the amazing visuals, and now we get a brief look behind the scenes. Author of the book on which the film is based, Yann Martel, and director Ang Lee, talk about their experiences with the book and its adaptation. Meanwhile we also get a look at a real tiger and some early pre-viz CG effects.
Based on an international bestselling novel, LIFE OF PI sees a young boy trapped on a lifeboat with a Tiger, Zebra, Hyena, and an Orangutan.
LIFE OF PI is released in the UK 21st December 2012. It stars Suraj Sharma, Rafe Spall, Irrfan Khan, and Gérard Depardieu.
