New Posters & TV Spots For Denzel Washington’s ‘Flight’

One of the years greatest tragedies for us film fans, is that we will no longer be able to see another collaboration between Tony Scott and Denzel Washington. Thankfully, Washington is still around and it’s always great to see the Oscar-winner in front of the camera and his latest looks to be another nail-biting and intriguing prospect.

FLIGHT is Robert Zemeckis’ first live-action effort since the brilliant CASTAWAY, and he directs Washington’s pilot who saves a plane-full of passengers when avoiding catastrophic crash. As the praise is heaped, seeing him labelled a hero, the subsequent investigation suggests Washington’s character could be the one at fault and keeping a secret all to his own.

Below we have the brand new posters and television spots for the thriller expected 1st February 2013. We’ve also added the trailer for those that missed it.

FLIGHT co-stars Kelly Reilly, Don Cheadle, Bruce Greenwood, Brian Geraghty, John Goodman and Tamara Tunie.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
