We’ve already broken some news about Marvel’s S.H.I.E.L.D. TV show that is currently in development, but that and the 5 films lined up for release just isn’t enough. So here are two trailers for upcoming animated projects. The first IRON MAN: RISE OF TECHNOVORE is an anime film that also features War Machine, Black Widow, Nick Fury, Hawkeye, and The Punisher. The second is for the first film from Marvel Animation, IRON MAN AND HULK: HEROES UNITED, in which the duo take on Zzzax. Both look very different, with the former seeming like a stylish bit of violent fun that uses many different techniques. The latter unfortunately looks like a computer game cut-scene with voice work that seems just too snarky. I like The Hulk being able to have some control, but when he starts to quip ‘Y’ think?’ then I die a little inside. Still, time will tell if these two projects will successfully expand the Marvel universe even further.
