RISE OF THE GUARDIANS seems to be a more action orientated Christmas film for the holiday season. It sees Santa, The Sandman, The Tooth Fairy, and The Easter Bunny joining forces to fight evil, and recruiting Jack Frost along the way. This current TV spot is more about the jokes, which aren’t laugh out loud funny. The vocal cast and animation still has me interested in the film, and due to my love of Christmas, I’m sure this is going to be one to watch year after year. Guillermo Del Toro produces, which raises my hope that it will be just a tad darker than many of Dreamworks’ previous efforts.
RISE OF THE GUARDIANS will be released 30th November 2012. It stars the voices of Jude Law, Hugh Jackman, Chris Pine, Alec Baldwin, and Isla Fisher.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies.
