Awesome documentarian Michel Stephenson is back with his latest film THE AMERICAN SCREAM. THE AMERICAN SCREAM looks at a select group of American’s who love to transform their house every October, in order to create a terrifying haunted house for members of the community. Stephenson is the man responsible for BEST WORST MOVIE, about the cult behind the awful film TROLL 2.
The trailer shows THE AMERICAN SCREAM to be one of those uplifting documentaries about people with a quirky passion who go above and beyond. It looks like a different kind of Halloween film and coming from the UK where Halloween just isn’t that big, this is certainly a film I want to see.
THE AMERICAN SCREAM is showing at select theatres in the US. Details can be found here. It will also show on the Chiller channel in the US on 28th October. Let’s hope a similar channel will pick it up to screen it in the UK too.
