Seth Rogen is back in a new comedy which I’m sure all sons will be lining up with their mothers to go and see. THE GUILT TRIP has a new trailer and poster for your pleasure. The film sees Rogen as an inventor who plans on travelling the US in an attempt to sell his latest invention. He asks his widowed mother (Barbra Streisand) to join him in the hopes of breaking her out of her shell. Cue lots of embarrassing humour and people mistaking Streisand for Rogen’s romantic involvement. I’d find the trailer funnier if I could buy Streisand and Rogen as mother and son, but right now there is certainly something missing. Perhaps the full film will have better chemistry between the two.
THE GUILT TRIP is released in the UK on 22nd February 2013. It stars Seth Rogen, Barbra Streisand, Adam Scott, Danny Pudi, Yvonne Strahovski, Colin Hanks, and Brett Cullen.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
