It’s always terrific to see one of Hollywood’s greatest directors back behind the camera after such a long time. Walter Hill has given us some of cinema’s most action-packed, nail-biting thrillers with the likes of THE DRIVER, THE WARRIORS, SOUTHERN COMFORT and 48 HOURS. After a lull during the 1990s, his films became few and far between. His last efforts have been on television, with his awesome DEADWOOD pilot (he also served as producer during three epic seasons) and fellow western mini-series BROKEN TRAIL, which are now almost eight years old (and a decade since his last meaningful big-screen effort – the disappointing UNDISPUTED). Now he’s back at the tender age of erm…70(!), with BULLET TO THE HEAD.
Sylvester Stallone headlines as a hitman looking for revenge against Jason Momoa’s hulking headcase. Sly teams up with FAST & FURIOUS regular Sung Kang, whose cop is also hunting Momoa’s Keegan after the murder of his partner. We’ve the all new international trailer for the action-thriller set for cinemas 1st February 2013.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
