Disney are reportedly sniffing around MONSTER’S BALL (2001), STRANGER THAN FICTION (2006) and QUANTUM OF SOLACE (2008) director Marc Forster for their upcoming IMAGINING NATHAN. IMAGINING NATHAN follows Nathan, a man that retreated into a fantasy world after his parents were murdered as a 6 year old. Now at the age of 36, his sister is helping him to put the past behind him as he has been diagnosed with a condition in which he lives in a cartoon world.
Forster is currently finishing post-production on zombie action horror WORLD-WAR Z. Forster has certainly had a varied career, and IMAGINING NATHAN sounds like a mix between WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT? (1988) and BATMAN (1989). Well, not exactly, but I mentioned a cartoon world and murdered parents so what more do you want?
