Currently shooting in The Hamptons, New York, is psychological, suspense-thriller THE AWAKENED, which sees rising star Jullianne Michelle’s Samantha Wilson return to her childhood home after 14 years and attempt to piece together the mystery of her mothers recent death. The film also features a cast of seasoned professionals in Steven Bauer (SCARFACE, BREAKING BAD), John Savage (THE DEER HUNTER, WHITE SQUALL), Edward Furlong (TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY) and Sally Kirkland (JFK).
We have the first stills for the film that is being touted as a modern day Jekyll and Hyde tale and expected to terrify audiences when it’s released later next year. THE AWAKENED is directed by first-timer Arno Malarone and co-stars Bryan Dechart, Sean Stone and Stelio Savante.
