THE CONSPIRACY premiered at Fantastic Fest earlier this year, and here is the first official trailer for the film. It’s in a documentary style and follows a conspiracy theorist who at first seems crazy and illogical. However, once he goes missing, the documentary crew start to do their own research and find out maybe he wasn’t so crazy after all. The film looks creepy and intense but at times the acting was obvious when it should be natural. A simple voice-over would have worked better than a person yelling at the camera. The film just seems desperate at wanting to convince us that it is real.
The trailer has me asking questions already, which is always a good sign as I now consider myself invested in the film. Check out the trailer below and see what you think.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
