Exclusive UK Poster For Release Of ‘The Complete Twilight Saga’

THE TWILIGHT SAGA has had its fair share of stick from many of us here at THN, so why break the habit of a lifetime. The final bloody vampires versus werewolves battle will at last see the light of day when it arrives to screaming fans in cinemas 16th November. I say battle, it’s a battle to stay awake for most of us forced to bare witness who really couldn’t give a monkeys. Never has one franchise caused so much division between movie fans, couples or even friends. Even the franchise lead stars are said to be pig sick behind the scenes!

I don’t profess to know anything about Stephenie Meyer’s best-selling novels, and they may well be a terrific read but I just found the first four big-screen efforts lazy, tiresome and a general bore. If they are truly faithful to the books, then I’m struggling to see the fuss of what comes across the most unromantic of passionate relationships. If they are not, and only you fans will know, then I believe you fans deserved better and Stephenie Meyer has let you down allowing such lethargic treatment of her beloved tales.

Hopefully for you guys,  THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN PART 2 will finally conclude with a bit of umph! The recent behaviour of Kristen Stewart means it’s no longer Team Cyril or Team Walter (or what ever those bloody characters are called). Its Team Stewart or Team Pattinson now… and who’s side are you on?

We’ve got a brand new poster for the complete saga that will run all five films together in one sitting on the 15th November in UK cinemas only. Anyone still awake after those five films will be amongst an elite group of names that will feature in the Queens New Year’s Honours List and will receive a free ticket to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory! An everlasting gobstopper is promised by Mr. Wonka when the visit comes to an end providing you promise never to own any film directed by Rupert Sanders… Lots of coffee counts as cheating by the way.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
