Four More Sprout ‘Horns’ For Aja & Radcliffe Horror!

Alexandre Aja has already been confirmed to direct a big-screen adaptation of Joe Hill’s supernatural novel HORNS. Daniel Radcliffe is also on-board as the lead Ig Perrish, a man suspected to have murdered his girlfriend, who awakens one morning to find he now has a pair of horns protruding from his head – and he soon learns they come with an extraordinary power.

Now reports have surfaced that another four actors will also join the cast with Max Mingella (THE DARKEST HOUR), Juno Temple (KILLER JOE), Joe Anderson (THE RUINS) and Kelli Garner (LARS AND THE REAL GIRL), now expected to co-star.

Aja is perhaps best known for his terrifically twisted horror’s, SWITCHBLADE ROMANCE and THE HILLS HAVE EYES remake. He also knows how to make gore and horror fun with PIRANHA 3D, being such a blast. However, expect him to revert back to his notoriously intense style for HORNS, which will begin shooting in October.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
