Michael Keaton is seemingly keeping himself busy these days. Not only has he recently joined the ROBOCOP remake as the villain, but now he is looking to direct his second feature film, BUTTERCUP. The film will see a woman taking charge of her father after he is caught driving while intoxicated. This will be Keaton’s second directorial effort after the rather wonderful THE MERRY GENTLEMEN (2008). Previous stars attached to the project included Alan Arkin and Jennifer Aniston, but word is that a new cast will be sought.
The more Keaton we get the better I say. Even in films of his that I haven’t enjoyed as a whole, I have usually enjoyed his performance or mere presence.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies.
