If you were a fan of director Ben Wheatley’s brilliant darkly-comic crime flick DOWN TERRACE, or unsettling hitman/horror KILL LIST, chances are his latest will be right up your street. SIGHTSEERS is expected to challenge viewers’ tastes as we follow a loving outdoor couple (played by Steve Oram and Alice Lowe, who also wrote the screenplay) with a penchant for serial-killing. There are uncomfortable laughs amongst the murders as their dream of a caravan holiday in the Great British countryside, well, gets a little complicated.
Below we have the latest trailer for the film that hits cinemas 30th November and co-stars familiar British faces as Tony Way (who also co-starred in DOWN TERRACE), Richard Lumsden, Lucy Russell and Sara Stewart.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
