MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is continuing production and by the looks of these new set photos it is more exciting than ever. The reboot/sequel/whatever you want to call it, stars Tom Hardy as the road warrior himself, travelling through a desolate post-apocalyptic landscape. It also sees director George Miller return to the franchise after 28 years in which time he has mostly focused on CGI dancing penguins in HAPPY FEET and HAPPY FEET TWO. These new photos show us some great production design work including massive cars, a creepy mask, and gloves with knives.
MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is set for release sometime in 2013. It stars Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Zoe Kravitz, Nicholas Hoult, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
