Following the tepid reception accompanying THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN’S release director Marc Webb’s next step is a big one. He is rumoured to be in contention for THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 and various other projects but has now, apparently, attached himself to THE ONLY LIVING BOY IN NEW YORK.
The story is of a lad who learns his father is having an affair, then begins relations with his Dad’s bit on the side is set to star Logan Lerman (3:10 TO YUMA) and given Webb’s handling of (500) DAYS OF SUMMER seems a perfect project. At THN we are excited by this, but what do you think? Share your thoughts below.

Sam is a bloody lovely lad born and raised in Bristol (he’s still there and can’t escape). Favourite films include THE LOST BOYS, DRIVE, FIGHT CLUB and COMMANDO, well pretty much any 1980s Arnie film you can throw his way…even RED SONJA. Sam once cancelled a Total Film subscription after they slagged off Teen Wolf. He resubscribed 2 days later.
