‘Sinatra’ Singing From Billy Ray’s Page?

Screenwriter Billy Ray (THE HUNGER GAMES, STATE OF PLAY) has apparently agreed to scribe Martin Scorsese’s Frank Sinatra biopic. In pre-production the film has no-one attached to star but I’m sure there will be a long line of Hollywood’s finest looking to play the crooning and corrupt (alleged) superstar. We at THN are huge Scorsese fans and cannot wait to see how he tackles this project. Given his history a focus on the mafia wouldn’t be that much of a surprise, well maybe it would as Sinatra’s daughter Tina is producing.

Sam is a bloody lovely lad born and raised in Bristol (he’s still there and can’t escape). Favourite films include THE LOST BOYS, DRIVE, FIGHT CLUB and COMMANDO, well pretty much any 1980s Arnie film you can throw his way…even RED SONJA. Sam once cancelled a Total Film subscription after they slagged off Teen Wolf. He resubscribed 2 days later.
