Here’s a teaser clip from PITCH PERFECT, showcasing a sing off and Anna Kendricks’ rapping skills. The film follows Beca who starts college and finds herself reluctantly joining the female a capella singing team on campus. It’s based on a novel by Mickey Rapkin and though some might think this is just riding on the GLEE bandwagon, I disagree. There’s something about the trailer and new clip which is exciting and promises a wittier and more believable story. Initially I wondered why Kendricks would agree to a movie about show-tunes, especially after stepping away from TWILIGHT to join George Clooney in UP IN THE AIR and JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT in 50/50.
The decision – and this clip –makes me think this is a movie worth checking out. Don’t miss the sing-off clip and check out Kendrick dropping the ‘No Diggity’ rap

Isra has probably seen one too many movies and has serious issues with differentiating between reality and film - which is why her phone number starts with 555. She tries to be intellectual and claims to enjoy German and Swedish film, but in reality anything with a pretty boy in it will suffice.
