Don’t panic, THN has not turned into a gossip site. Shia LaBeouf is set for a role in Lars Von Trier’s (ANTICHRIST, MELANCHOLIA) NYMPHOMANIAC alongside regulars Charlotte Gainsbourg and Stellan Skarsgard. The English-language erotic story will focus on Gainsbourg’s sex life from cherry-popping to 50 with Skarsgard playing her husband; LaBeouf’s role is undefined but we know from the video below, for a beautiful Sigur Ros song ‘Fjogur Piano’, that he’ll probably get his junk out. Maybe he’ll be a younger lover of Gainsbourg? Whatever the role, THN are intrigued by the direction LaBeouf’s career is taking with LAWLESS, THE COMPANY YOU KEEP, and now NYMPHOMANIAC coming so soon after THE TRANSFORMERS films.
