It’s been 12 years since the expeditions MISSION TO MARS (2000) and RED PLANET (2000) deterred the entire human race from ever visiting the home of the Martians. But since it was only eight years between BATMAN AND ROBIN (1997) and BATMAN BEGINS (2005), I think it’s about time to give one of our planetary neighbours a second chance.
LAST DAYS ON MARS has been quiet in its development so far with the rumoured plot being a bunch of astronauts succumbing to strange forces while on Mars. I hope there’s a bit more to it, as this is familiar territory. But here’s the first still of Liev Schreiber.
LAST DAYS ON MARS is scheduled for release some time next year. It stars Liev Schreiber, Elias Koteas, Romola Garai, and Olivia Williams.
