Will More Jeong Be All Wrong For The Hangover Part 3?

THE HANGOVER films were always great for a fun night out at the flicks with your friends or family. The box-office success of both films has ensured a third effort in which the Wolfpack venture to Tijuana, Mexico, for the piecing together of another night of booze-filled shenanigans. The whole cast will be back alongside director Todd Phillips – who will also be joined by the always painful-to-watch Ken Jeong…again!

While the unexpected haul of the first film made A-listers of likeable leads Ed Helms, Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis, the annoying  screeching of Jeong’s Mr Chow always got on my tits. He popped up in the equally-enjoyable sequel, treading familiar ground and annoying the hell out of many with his pointless OTT behaviour. Well, we’re going to have to get used to it, as Jeong has officially signed on for THE HANGOVER PART 3, with his character expected to take an even more expanded role.

THE HANGOVER PART 3 is currently in pre-production and is slated for release 24th May 2013.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
