THE BOURNE LEGACY has a new international poster. It shows Jeremy Renner on the run with a gun, who would’ve thunk it? THE BOURNE LEGACY shows us an agent that isn’t Jason Bourne but was part of the same/similar programme. Hopefully this will unravel more secrets regarding Tredstone/Blackbriar without becoming a retread.
The trailers have subdued my fears over this one. It looks as brilliant as the previous efforts and with Tony Gilroy at the helm, I don’t think fans need to worry. Gilroy wrote the screenplays for all three previous Bourne movies and impressed with his directorial efforts on MICHAEL CLAYTON and DUPLICITY.
THE BOURNE LEGACY is released 13th August 2012. It stars Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton, Rachel Weisz, Donna Murphy, Joan Allen, David Strathairn, Albert Finney and Scott Glenn.
