I Remember This: Total Recall Reissue Trailer

The TOTAL RECALL remake may be hitting cinemas in August, but to make sure you don’t permanently forget the original, us lucky UK dwellers are getting a cinematic release of the original TOTAL RECALL (1990). This is to promote the new Hi-Def transfer that will be seen on the upcoming Blu-ray release. I’m still excited for the remake, but I’m even more excited to see the original on the big screen. A far from perfect film, it has many great practical effects and the kind of imagination that already seems absent from the new version.

TOTAL RECALL (1990) is only getting a one day release at the cinema on July 10th, but don’t worry if you miss it as the new transfer will be available on Blu-ray just 6 days later.

Here’s a list of cinemas showing the film: TOTAL RECALL SHOWTIMES

And here’s the trailer. Be warned! It contains many spoilers.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
