Here are the first set photos from the fourth instalment of the MAD MAX franchise, MAD MAX: FURY ROAD. Once again directed by George Miller – who seems to have had enough of dancing penguins – MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is set in a post-apocalyptic world and will involve cars. Other than that, we have a lack of information regarding the plot. Tom Hardy takes over the role made famous by Mel Gibson. The photos also confirm that at some point in the film, a group of women will be in the back seat of a car. This will be exciting enough for the fans, many of whom thought the film may never get made after filming was pushed back from 2011.
MAD MAX: FURY ROAD has just begun filming and is yet to set a release date. It stars Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
