The Avengers Blu-Ray Trailers

With all the talk about THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN and THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, Marvel are worried you’ll soon forget about their little effort earlier this year, THE AVENGERS. To make sure this doesn’t happen, they have already released trailers for the Blu-ray release of THE AVENGERS and the films leading up to it. THE AVENGERS isn’t even out of the box office top ten yet, but don’t you dare forget that 25th September is the home release of these films. This sounds like a great way to counteract piracy and I wouldn’t be surprised if these trailers started playing before the actual film itself.

Most exciting of all is the 10 disc limited edition set titled ‘Phase 1’, featuring all six films IRON MAN, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, IRON MAN 2, THOR, CAPTAIN AMERICA, and THE AVENGERS. This will also include a bonus disc and 3D versions of the latter three titles. Unfortunately this set doesn’t have a UK release date set and it’s going to set you back around $219.

IRON MAN, IRON MAN 2, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, THOR, and CAPTAIN AMERICA are currently available to buy on Blu-ray. THE AVENGERS and the PHASE ONE Box set are available from 25th September 2012.
