You honestly can’t go wrong with a bit of Pixar. Since 1995’s TOY STORY the studio have revolutionized animation time and again, and its barely put a foot wrong (we’ll let them get away with CARS 2). Now Pixar is set to give its own image overhaul with BRAVE, which moves away from their usual cutesy, anthropomorphised fare, and heads to medieval Scotland for a tale of courage, destiny, and sisters doing in for themselves.
BRAVE has a fine voice cast behind it, and as always, there’s little doubt Pixar will knock it out of the park. In other words, it looks bloody brilliant.
Check out this new international trailer!
BRAVE is directed by Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman, and stars Kelly McDonald, Billy Connoly, Emma Thompson, Craig Ferguson, and Julie Walters. In arrives in UK cinemas 17th August.
