Last week we posted the brand new trailer for Disney’s upcoming animated adventure WRECK-IT RALPH. Now, thanks to Disney, you can play the game the film is based on (Fix-It Felix Jr.) and try to defeat Ralph yourself!
John C. Reilly stars as Ralph, a ‘bad guy’ video game character who is tired of not being liked. After deciding to game-jump and landing in a one-player action shooter game, he unwittingly unleashes a dangerous game virus which threatens to close down the entire arcade. Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch and Jack McBrayer also star, along with several old-school characters (including a Pac Man ghost!).
Personally, I’m not very good at video games but I love this just for its simplicity (since it’s aimed at children, I’m quite good at it). But remember – don’t play it at work. Or at least wait until your boss has left the room…To play the game, just click through here.
WRECK-IT RALPH, directed by Rich Moore, is due for release from 2nd November 2012.

Considering Jazmine grew up watching CARRY ON SCREAMING, THE LION KING and JURASSIC PARK on repeat for weeks on end, it made sense for her to study film at London South Bank University. It’s also a good thing that her course requires a lot of sitting down because she’s very accident-prone. When she’s not examining her bruises, she likes pretending that she doesn’t live in Southend-On-Sea and spends hours mindlessly blogging. Favourite films include BLUE VALENTINE, ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and TOY STORY 2.
