Graham Norton and Take That star Gary Barlow prepared a surprise for Will Smith on The Graham Norton Show last Friday night. A surprise that the MEN IN BLACK actor gladly accepted.
Smoothly answering Norton’s question about his TV roots, Smith said, “Listen man, as long as they are screaming ‘Will’, I’m cool” also adding that he choose the name Will for his character knowing that will be the one audiences will remember for the rest of his career. And when Norton switched on the back beat of THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL AIR theme song and Barlow pulled out his keyboard, Will obliged by singing the beloved show tune from start to finish, with the audience as the back-up vocal.
Smith was in England as part of his MEN IN BLACK III promotional tour which will open in theatres in the UK at the end of the month. Check out the video below to see Will in his Fresh Prince moment on The Graham Norton show:
