Seven stills from the forthcoming sequel to PIRANHA have been released by Dimension Films. They appear to tick all of the required boxes for a formulaic but fun horror: gore, beautiful ladies, comic relief in the form of Christopher Lloyd and David Koechner, and Ving Rhames sporting a leg-canon. If that wasn’t enough, the film boasts a team of stripper lifeguards (accept it and move on… quickly) led by David ‘Don’t Hassle The Hoff’ Hasselhoff, as well as the toothy devilishness of Gary Busey.
After waking from their gluttony-induced slumber, the hellaciously hungry antagonists head for a newly opened water park, which is inhabited by firm and juicy human beings; but not for much longer.
PIRANHA 3DD also stars Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Chris Zylka, Meagan Tandy, Paul Scheer, and Katrina Bowden, and is due to be released in the UK 11th May.

Martin has been a film buff (or geek, if you prefer) for as long as he can remember. However, he lives and longs for storytelling of all kinds, and writes across numerous mediums to feed his insatiable appetite. He lives in north-west London, and his favourite films are, possibly: PAN'S LABYRINTH, THEY LIVE, PSYCHO, HIGH FIDELITY, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST, STAND BY ME, SIDEWAYS and OFFICE SPACE.
