If you’re a fan of Joseph Gordon-Levitt (who isn’t?) than this is your year! New stills have been released from his upcoming thriller PREMIUM RUSH, one of four films he’s starring in this year.
JGL stars as Wilee, a messenger bike rider who risks his life every day on the streets of Manhattan, making sure everybody gets their mail. Between avoiding head-on collisions and speeding past pedestrians, Wilee is given an envelope – but this isn’t just any envelope. This one has a message. Someone wants to kill him.
The images below show Mr Gordon-Levitt in action, much like the snaps we’ve seen of him on the set of Christopher Nolan’s THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, another film he’s starring in this year.
As for PREMIUM RUSH, Michael Shannon, Aaron Tveit, Jamie Chung, Dania Ramirez and Aasif Mandvi star as various characters Wilee meets along the way. Along with the releases of LOOPER and LINCOLN, Joseph Gordon-Levitt fans are in for a treat in 2012.
