With a team including IRON MAN, THOR, HULK, CAPTAIN AMERICA along new recruits Black Widow and Hawkeye, you would be forgiven if you forgot about the men that brought them together. Now S.H.I.E.L.D. chief Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Special Agent Phil Coulson, played by Clark Gregg, finally get their share of the limelight in this US poster for AVENGERS ASSEMBLE.
Returning from their own individual adventures as the aforementioned superheroes, will be Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth. New casting as THE INCREDIBLE HULK comes in the form of Mark Ruffalo as well as Jeremy Renner from his cameo in THOR. Scarlett Johannson also returns from Marvel’s IRON MAN franchise. The AVENGERS ASSEMBLE on the 27th April and is directed by Joss Whedon.
