It’s been a long wait since the end of season 4 of AMC’s MAD MEN and although it’s moved to Sky Atlantic, we’ll be getting it just two days after its being aired in the US. Here at THN, we’ve just been introduced to the new poster which features the rather suave Don Draper (Jon Hamm) richly admiring his own reflection. Season 5 will kick off with a double bill on March 27th and writer and executive producer Matthew Weiner had this to say about what to expect this time around:
“Changes have happened off screen, and the audience will have to catch up with that. Even though Don ended up making this overture to Megan, and the audience felt sort of peculiar about it, so did the people in the office. That’s something that we play on.”
The Emmy award-winning series stars Jon Hamm, Elisabeth Moss, January Jones, Vincent Kartheiser, Christina Hendricks and John Slattery. Here’s that teaser poster:
