Disney Release 5 Minute Preview for John Carter

There have already been quite a few clips and previews out there for the upcoming JOHN CARTER and today Disney have given THN another 5 minutes for your delectation. Although there are nasty rumours being thrown around by rival companies regarding its possible downfall before it has even been release, there still appears to be a vast amount of interest out there for the name-changing saga. As previously noted, this only hits the big screen two weeks before the behemoth that is, THE HUNGER GAMES.

For those who don’t know, the film adaptation tells the story of former military captain JOHN CARTER, who is inexplicably transported to Mars where he becomes unfortunately involved in an epic conflict between the inhabitants of the planet. In this clip, he’s fighting some giant white apes in a Gladiatorial style encounter.

Although the film appears to have a lot of bad press already, in fairness there aren’t any official JOHN CARTER reviews out there at the moment, so I guess we’ll all have to wait and see. In the meantime, here’s that clip:
