The man of many faces, Steve Coogan, will re-unite with his 24 HOUR PARTY PEOPLE and TRISTRAM SHANDY: A COCK AND BULL STORY director Michael Winterbottom for another true-life tale. The Alan Partridge legend will play British porn publisher Paul Raymond in THE KING OF SOHO, a moniker given to him by the national media. A man who amassed a multimillion pound fortune, from what many see as the ‘seedy world’ of the porn business.
Joining Coogan will be Brit beauties Anna Friel (LIMITLESS), Tamsin Egerton (ST. TRINIAN’S) and Imogen Poots (FRIGHT NIGHT). NOWHERE BOY and CONTROL scriptwriter Matt Greenhalgh has penned the screenplay.
