Here is the first look at Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt SALMON FISHING IN THE YEMEN.
The trailer for director Lasse Hallstrom’s new film starring the above mentioned McGregor and Blunt, including Kristin Scott Thomas and Amr Waked has been released by CBS Films, and the film will be opening in theatres 9th March.
In the adaptation of the successful Paul Torday book, the story follows Britain’s leading fisheries expert (McGregor), who embarks on a seemingly impossible journey of realizing a sheikh’s vision of bringing the sport of fly-fishing to the desert. After being approached by a consultant (Blunt) to help her make this vision come true, he first dismisses it as absurd and unachievable. However, when the Prime Minister’s overzealous press secretary (Thomas) latches onto it as a “good will” story, the unlikely team face all odds and set themselves on a mission to prove the impossible, possible.
