We’ve just come across this little tidbit of news from Twitch that reports that in Harrison Ford is very interested in returning to star in a sequel to BLADE RUNNER, which will be directed by Ridley Scott.

This from Twitch: “Twitch has learned that Harrison Ford has entered into early talks to join the new Blade Runner. While this is still very early stages and it is quite possible that things won’t work out the obvious implication is that what we are looking at is not a reboot but a direct sequel to the original.”

WOW!!!! This is huge news for fans of the original movie which saw Ford star as the protagonist Deckard. My question; is he going to play a different role in the new film?

Scott is finishing up work on PROMETHEUS, the film that takes place in the same world as his ALIEN movie. A movie that we can’t wait to see.
