30 ROCK’s Tracy Morgan has been tweeting updates after being hospitalised at this weekend’s Sundance Festival.
The television star that received a kidney transplant two years back was taken into care at the Park City Medical Center after allegedly appearing intoxicated at the event. Morgan was presented with the Spotlight Initiative Award and collapsed soon after his acceptance speech backstage at the event.
The stars current condition is unknown but at dinner that evening Tracy was said to have been yelling and shouting and appearing generally out of control. Morgan walked down the red carpet but gave no interviews.
After a full medical evaluation doctors are happy to conclude that no drugs or alcohol have been found in his system. Morgan’s rep added. ‘He is with his fiancee and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false.’
Although the whole debacle seems some what dubious Morgan’s tweet ‘Superman ran into a little kryptonite. The high altitude in Utah shook up this kid from Brooklyn.’ should just about cover the his back.
Tracy Morgan will resume filming 30 ROCK as of Monday.
